How is the winner chosen?

The winner is selected using a verified random process to ensure complete fairness. For our Draw-Based Competitions, we use a certified random number generator or a live draw to pick a winning ticket number from all valid entries. If you are entering a Skill-Based Competition, only entrants who have correctly answered the qualifying question will be entered into the final draw.

The draw is guaranteed to go ahead on the specified draw date regardless of ticket sales. We do not extend the closing date or “rollover” the competition. If the competition is not sold out by the closing time, the winner will still be chosen from the tickets that have been sold, giving you better odds of winning.

Yes. In compliance with regulations, we offer a free postal entry route for all our competitions. You can enter by sending a postcard with your personal details and the specific competition you wish to enter to our PO Box address. You must register for an account on our website before sending your entry so we can process it correctly. Please check our Terms & Conditions for the specific postal address and required details.

Yes, in most cases we offer a cash alternative. If you win a vehicle or physical prize and are unable to take delivery or simply prefer the money, you can opt for a cash transfer instead.

If you are a winner, we will contact you personally via the email address or telephone number listed on your account.

  • For Draw-Based/Live Draws: We will attempt to contact you immediately after the draw (usually within 2–5 days).
  • For Instant Wins: You will be notified instantly on-screen if your ticket number matches a winning number, and you will also receive an automated email with instructions on how to claim your prize.

Important: Please keep your contact details up to date, as you have a limited time to claim your prize before it may be forfeited.

No, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for entry fees, even if you are subsequently disqualified or if you do not win. Refunds are only processed in exceptional circumstances, such as if the competition itself is cancelled by the Promoter.
